No it is not thanksgiving yet as my dad likes to remind me and yes it is decorated for christmas in here because twinkly lights make me a happier person. And as you saw last year I did cookies for people at his work. Now with a full year of baking for them a lot more of them know me and there for a LOT more cookies this year. Some are also for people who we met when moving so not all go to his people. These buckets are three different sizes some are for individual people some are for families and some are for entire shops full of people at the base so a bit different from last year.

Wow! That's a lot of cookies. But I have to say, you did a fantastic job on every one of those cookie bucket lids! Amazing talent Jessica. Maybe you should think about becoming a "struggling artist" and then someday in the future, those cookie bucket lids will be worth a small fortune for anyone that kept theirs. LOL Would be nice, wouldn't it?
ReplyDeleteit seems i already am a struggling artist lol there are normally more than just cookies as well I make soft peppermint patties (not chocolate covered) if you look at last years they were pink and white. And i am making a version of chex mix snack they call it reindeer chow at christmas it is chex with penut butter and chocolate rubbed in and coated in powdered sugar and M&ms thrown in. So i dont have to fill them all with just cookies. I also have a birthday cake to make for someone we met whos birthday is christmas eve so he will have a cake and a small thing of cookies. He has had my baking twice and told me to never feed him any again it was too good... he will just have to deal with it!
